A really inefficient office with unprofessional front desk. My doctor was excellent but everything else was awful - including the 45 minute wait time. Yet if a patient runs 10 minutes late for an appointment, they have to reschedule. No respect for the patient. Also, the practice moved to this location a few years ago. It had been located in a spacious office park with tons of parking. This new building is a stone’s throw from the university and shares a small lot with other businesses - making it difficult to find parking. I am glad I am no longer a patient here.

I am torn writing this review because my son’s PCP is absolutely wonderful. The doctor is incredibly nice, deeply involved in his care, and highly reliable. If I were rating the doctor alone, it would easily be a five-star review. Unfortunately, one of the front desk staff completely ruins the experience. She is rude, useless and disrespectful. I may look for another location just to avoid this mistreatment, literally yelling at me. Unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this practice and would not recommend it if you need time to discuss your health. I arrived for a scheduled appointment and, before even being properly seen or evaluated, the doctor immediately told me she did not have much time and that it would need to be a very quick visit before even entering into the room fully. There was no eye contact and no effort to review why I was there. I had completed intake forms outlining my current medical concerns, but these were not reviewed before the interaction. When I expressed that I needed time to discuss my situation, it became clear the appointment could not accommodate even a basic conversation. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected and given appropriate attention during their visit. This experience did not meet that standard, and I ultimately left without being seen.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would horrible staff and Dr’s are more worried about getting bonuses for making you take tests you don’t even need Dr Shah was the worse she held my prescribes hostage and refused to refill them until I took the unnecessary test she wanted me to some of the meds I was on you’re not suppose to stop cold turkey but she didn’t care. She made me come in to the office once a month what Dr does this and still refuses to give you your medications?? on top of that staff are rude and confrontational because she refused to refill my meds I had bad withdrawal symptoms and she still is trying to make me take non factor test so I switched dr’s at a different practice immediately the new place saw me and refilled all my prescriptions with no problems I don’t have to see the Dr every month because she’s not controlling like Dr Shah was clearly she’s a Dr just for the money cause she doesn’t care about her patience if your not the same nationality as her so sad

We recently moved to the area and weren't sure what to expect from our first hospital visit, but it turned out to be the most positive experience we could have hoped for. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a receptionist with a smile that lit up the room. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and I only wish I had gotten her name. Then we met Tyinika (or Ms. Nikki), who might be the sweetest person in all of Princeton. She was so gentle and patient, even with our little one, and made us feel completely at ease. But most of all, we want to thank Dr. Bonaccorsi. Finding her felt like an answer to our prayers. She was professional, compassionate, and absolutely wonderful with our two boys. We left feeling cared for, respected, and grateful to have found such a trustworthy place for our family's care.
